March 21st Ninkasi is hosting Pints for a Cause at their Eugene Tasting Room for the United Way of Lane County’s Emerging Leader’s 2019 book drive.

Every Thursday at the Ninkasi Tasting Room, Pints for a Cause donates a $1 of every pint sold to a local nonprofit. All day, March 21st, $1 from every pint sold will be donated to the Emerging Leaders to support their book drive.

The Emerging Leader’s book drive is part of United Way of Lane County’s BookFest - a fun, free book distribution event at schools with the lowest reading proficiency rates in the County. Students K-2nd grades get to choose up to six books to take home to prevent summer learning loss.
