Workplace Giving

Running a workplace campaign is good for your company, your employees, and our community.

Volunteers at a elementary school campaign
  • Customers are more likely to trust and be loyal to a company that is involved in and cares about their community.

  • Focusing your organization toward a common goal energizes employees, builds morale, and increases teamwork.

  • A campaign empowers employees to learn about the needs in our community, and gives them an easy, meaningful way to be a part of the solution.

  • Giving to United Way is a smart investment. It provides the most efficient and effective way to make a difference in our community – you and your employees can give with confidence.

Every campaign is different and customizable to your organization's needs and culture. Getting a campaign up and running is simple and we can help you every step of the way. Let us get you started!

How your organization can get involved.

Your participation makes a difference. There are several ways your organization can become a United Way partner.

Make a Donation or Grant – Contributions support our programs, serve as an incentive for others, and are typically tax deductible.

Become a Sponsor – Your support makes events and other special projects possible, while providing visibility for your company.

Run a Workplace Campaign – Give your employees an easy, effective way to get involved and support their community.

Volunteer on a United Way Committee - Volunteers are at the core of United Way, and our committees influence the scope and direction of our work.

Engage in Volunteerism – Volunteering on projects builds teams and deepens community connections.

Leadership Giving

The Leadership Giving Circle recognizes those who annually give $1,000 or more (or $500+ for donors 40 years or younger). Benefits include recognition in our annual Leadership Book, invitations to special Leadership events, and exclusive updates on our work.

About the Alexis De Tocqueville Society

In recognition of Alexis De Tocqueville’s vision of the American spirit of volunteerism for the common good, this leadership giving program recognizes individuals making an annual contribution of $10,000 or more. Members join a global network of philanthropic leaders, serve on our local Advisory Council, and make a significant contribution in moving our work forward.
