Join United Way of Lane County and Connected Lane County to provide books for kids in Lane County!

Volunteers are needed to help distribute books at various BookFest distribution events across Lane County. These events allow K-2 students in Lane County schools to choose books to take home for the summer. Books are distributed in various schools where many of the kids are at risk for not meeting the third grade reading benchmark.

Multiple dates and times available! Some schools require a background check for all volunteers. If you select a school that does requires a background check you will receiving additional communication from our Volunteer Coordinator with instructions.
