Come to an info session about Eugene’s HACK FOR A CAUSE (H4AC).  Learn about some of the tech solutions that have been created for local organizations to improve our community the past few years (spoiler: some videos from last year).  Then brainstorm with hackers about your project ideas + gain tips for what to put into your application (due in January) to become a 2020 H4AC Challenger.  Space is limited so please register early to attend the info session!

What is HACK FOR A CAUSE (H4AC)? It is a hackathon where tech-savvy digital creatives, community organizers, and civic leaders come together for a full weekend to tackle community problems through creative tech solutions. United Way of Lane County is involved because we love that our growing tech community cares about using their talent to help the nonprofit community find solutions for some of our struggles. 4HAC won’t solve it all…but it’s helped launch some tech products that are now doing amazing things. So come to learn and start thinking about how technology could help you accomplish your mission a little bit better, faster, and more easily.
