We're Not the Same and It's Better that Way a discussion with Vera Sebulsky
You may have seen “OK Boomer” memes or think of particular characteristics when you hear “Millennial,” “Gen X,” or “Gen Z.” But how often do we stop and ask ourselves why we think that way and whether it’s holding us back? In this interactive session, Vera Sebulsky will teach Emerging Leaders about what is at stake when we allow cross-generational misconceptions to affect our way of thinking and interacting. We will also explore how to cultivate a growth mindset and cultural humility. We’ll wrap up the session with several takeaways to create healthier, happier workplace environments for ourselves and our colleagues. We look forward to seeing you there!
