Parents dream big dreams. And United Way dreams big as well. Five years ago we dreamed that if we provided support for parents, our children would have safer lives and be prepared to enter school ready to learn. Now, thanks in part to the Parent HelpLine and countywide parenting classes, our dreams are coming true. Reported child abuse cases are down and a recent survey shows that parents know where to turn for help.
